This course will discuss the current legal issues surrounding Buyer Representation Agreements and how this impacts agents in Louisiana. We will address the top concerns that most agents have with the new Buyer Representation Agreements and establishing compensation. Finally, we will look at the changing landscape of compensation and how it will affect the CMA and appraisal process. This will fulfill the requirement for the 2025 Mandatory Course as mandated by the LREC, for both Salespersons and Brokers. **There is NO additional Broker Mandatory for 2024.** You will be sent an email from Bob Brooks school with the instructions for the class-24 hours before the start of class.
